Return Policy (Rewritten Version)

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at jimmypitts393@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to the address provided by us after your request is approved. Please note that any items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about your item, please contact us for clarification.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide an explanation. The item must be in unused condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
